About Alicia

My love of movement in various forms started from a very early age, practicing various dance styles from ballet, jazz and tap for over 30 years. Professionally teaching children the value of health and exercise for 10 years.

Having always suffered with low level back pain I came across Pilates which completely changed my life. 

I then went on to complete Booty Barre & Booty Barre Sculpt qualification with world renowned Barre instructor Tracey Mallet. This workout is both fun & uplifting and brings together everything what we love about Ballet & Pilates

Updated weekly our online Pilates offer shorter 20-30 minute workouts with a range of videos from more restoring Pilates aimed to stretch and mobilise to more intense classes designed to strengthen and sculpt the whole body.
